We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the nature of our premium, small batch, handcrafted products we only accept return requests for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. All credits or exchanged must be reported 10 days from receipt of product, and store credit or replacement will be issued. We do not offer returns or refunds in most situations.
We do not provide credit or refunds for shipping costs in most situations.
We do not offer refunds for gift cards or extensions.
Please note essential oils scent varies from batch to batch due to location, season, and conditions plants were grown in, so not all batches will smell exactly the same. Heaven & Earth reserves the right to replace certain oils due to market pricing and availability. These changes will be made note on your orders enclosure if needed, or we will reach out to your before fulfilling your order. We do not provide return requests for such situations.
Customers are responsible to do a skin patch test before using their products and following their care instructions. Heaven & Earth is not liable for skin sensitivities and allergies, please call us if you have questions about our products to ensure you purchase the best products for you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
There are no refunds or credits on educational purchases. Date exchanges may be possible and seats can be given and transferred to a person of choice by the customer.
Yoga classes & Retreats have no refunds. Store credit may be offered for classes at $50 or less within a 30-day notice of your class date. Date exchanges, if the class is within 30 days of the request, are possible if the class is not full. Seats can be transferred to another guest.
Wellness appointments missed have no refunds or exchanges. 24-hour cancellation notice is needed to be able to reschedule. Cancellations should be confirmed by phone before considered canceled. Email requests not responded to may not be honored. There are no refunds on appointment purchases, store credit may be provided.
