Class meets Fridays 10-11
We will explore soothing stretches, joint rotations, invigorating breathing practices to help reduce stress & tension in the body and increase the quality of your life. The purpose of the class is to balance your mind and bring harmony to your being through movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. Classes will be geared towards health and support for the fall transition.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Water if desired
- Props are provided at the studio or provide your own if you like
Class Maximum is small, around 8 students, and will fill fast!
Please arrive up to 15 minutes or less before class, as the studio is small and your teacher needs quiet time to set up.
If the class minimum is not met, the class will be canceled and you will receive a refund or can request to be transferred to another class.
*Class minimum is 6.
Classes are held in person at Purple Lotus Studio, Mentor: 8353 Mentor Ave. Go to the back of the Corning Historic House, and enter through the back door. The studio is to your left of the door.
Discount & Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on classes due to high demand. We cannot take on the risk of Covid at this time as we are a very small business, we hope you stay healthy and can attend class! You can give your seat up to a friend if you cannot attend class!
