According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists, the definition of Modern Yoga Therapy is:
"Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga."
Inner Wisdom® is a yoga therapy practice. The main goal is to improve your mental & emotional health, aid in healing from trauma, loss, grief, improve mood, and behaviors that no longer serve you. Sessions are 75-90 minutes and are mostly done in a relaxed state lying down, fully supported. Clients wear whatever they are comfortable in for relaxation, and sessions are fully confidential.
Book your session by purchasing this option first and Jennifer will contact you or you may contact Jennifer to check appointment availability. Sessions are 75-90 minutes and in-person only. New clients will not be approved for visits until Jennifer speaks with you, or a referral was given. Session availability is usually Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and limited weekend availability. Clients usually meet once a month for sessions. Sessions are $90 per visit.
Jennifer founded inner Wisdom® in 2014 as an approach to holistic healing for your mind & self-awareness Jennifer is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and has been actively practicing for over 10 years.

"The moment I met Jennifer Langsdale I knew there was something special about her. I started at her yoga studio as a very inexperienced yoga student looking for an outlet for some very intense stress that had been hindering my daily life.
