March 6th - Earth Element - grounding, centering, and strengthening
March 13th - Fire Element - warming, empowering, and challenging
March 27th - Water Element - flowing, releasing, and creating
April 3rd - Air Element - focusing, balancing, and liberating
Please come healthy and prepared to move. Vinyasa experience is required. This class is not suitable for beginners to yoga unless with approval.
There are no refunds or credits on yoga classes due to limited space. If you cannot attend class, you may give your class to another student.
